High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is sprint based, multi-station, repeated bouts of moderate high intensity workouts with intermittent periods of rest. Purpose is to improve athletic and cardiovascular endurance.

Cost

Group Fitness class passes:

  • $3 per class
  • $27 for 10 punch card
  • $55 for 30 day unlimited class pass
