5K Fun Run and All-Ages Duathlon
The Fort Leonard Wood Sports Department is offering a 5K Fun Run and Mini Health Fair, as well as an All-Ages Duathlon to promote awareness for Men’s Health Month.

The Fort Leonard Wood Sports Department is offering a 5K Fun Run and Mini Health Fair, as well as an All-Ages Duathlon to promote awareness for Men’s Health Month. This event is open to the public, all ages.
Baby strollers and dogs on leashes are permitted. Bikers must follow all installation safety guidlines. Runners completing four of the six 5K Fun Runs will receive a free signature Fun Run t-shirt. Punch cards can be obtained before and throughout the event at the information tables.
GLWACH will have an information table in the Mini Health Fair with information available about Men's Health Month.
5K Fun Run Timeline:
- 8 a.m. - Adult Duathlon begins and information tables open
- 9 a.m. - Kid's Duathlon begins
