Specker Gym is a complete strength and conditioning, ACFT Functional Fitness cross training facility. Specker will change the way you train. This 17,000 square foot facility is located in the Specker Barracks Complex. It's Fort Leonard Wood's center for Olympic and power lifting. This premier weight-training facility has everything a serious athlete needs.
Facility Dress Code - Tank tops & sleeveless shirts must cover chest and be designed as outerwear. NO exposed midriffs or excessively short shorts. Specker staff on duty makes the final determination in the acceptability of clothing & proper facility attire.
