Group Fitness Class Descriptions:
- Band Camp - blends traditional Pilates core-control principles with light dumbbells, resistance bands, or ankle weights to build endurance & strength, while focusing on total-body sculpting.
- Cycling - a fun, safe, & efficient cycling class that keeps you moving, motivated, and energized while maintaining proper technique.
- Dirty 30 - high-intensity fast-paced group workout combining strength training & cardio, typically in a circuit format. Designed to burn fat & build endurance.
- HIIT - sprint-based, multi-stationed, high-intensity intervals with intermittent breaks.
- Line Dancing – choreographed group dance characterized by synchronized steps performed in lines or circles, commonly set to R&B, soul, hip-hop, & gospel music. Soul line dancing is broken down step by step so everyone feels successful, from beginners to advanced.
- Mixxed Fit - explosive dancing with boot camp toning.
- Power Cycle - high-intensity indoor cycling pushing your cardio endurance through a combo of fast-paced pedaling, hill climbs, sprints, & incorporates standing positions.
- R.I.P.P.E.D. - combines resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, core, & a very important diet program. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a fun group exercise environment.
- Tai Chi - enhances physical & mental well-being through slow, low-impact, flowing movement combined with deep breathing. Helps with symptoms of arthritis, MS, Parkinson’s, or rehabilitation from injury or surgery.
- Turn Up - certified cardio HIIT class combining classic fitness moves with simple dance. Utilizing a confidence-inspiring playlist, we bring you up with light calisthenics-laced dance & back down with hard-hitting toning intervals.
- Xtreme Hip Hop - high-energy, full-body cardio workout combining step aerobics with hip hop music.
- Yoga - incorporates vinyasa-style flow to elevate the heart rate, strength-based sequences, & restorative stretches to leave you centered & balanced.
- Zumba - consists of dance & aerobic exercise routines performed to popular music.
