Fitness Centers

DFC Indoor Pool

Patrons must check-in, pay (if applicable), & receive wristband for pool use. 

This 25-meter indoor swimming pool is located inside the Davidson Fitness Center. The Aquatics program at Fort Leonard Wood strives to meet the needs of active duty, retirees, dependents, DoD Civilians and their families. Pool parties, swimming lessons and lifeguard training are all available here.

 

Fort Leonard Wood MWR Aquatics offers swim lessons for all ages! Lessons are taught by an American Red Cross lifeguard and Water Safety instructor.

Aquatics Schedule

 

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • 5 am - 5:45 am - Unit PT (reservations only)
  • 5:45 am - 6:30 am - Unit PT (reservations only)
  • 6:30 am - 7:30 am - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)
  • 7:30 am - 11:30 am - Unit PT / CWST (reservation only)
  • 11:30 am - 1 pm - Lap Swim  (no groups of 5 or more allowed)
  • 1 pm - 4:30 pm - Army Divers
  • 4:30 pm - 6 pm - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)

Tuesday & Thursday

  • 5 am - 5:45 am - Unit PT (reservations only)
  • 5:45 am - 6:30 am - Unit PT (reservations only)
  • 6:30 am - 7:30 am - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)
  • 7:30 am - 9:30 am - PTRP / FTU
  • 9:30 am - 11:30 am- Swim Lessons
  • 11:30 am - 1 pm - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)
  • 1 pm - 4:30 pm - Army Divers
  • 4:30 pm - 6 pm - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)

Saturday & Sunday

  • 8 am - 12 pm - Lap Swim (no groups of 5 or more allowed)
  • 8 am - 4 pm - Swim Lessons
  • 4 pm - 6 pm - Reservation only pool parties

*If the pool is staffed, unoccupied and not undergoing maintenance, the pool may be open for Lap Swimming at the discretion of the Aquatics Director or manager on duty.
