Join our Youth Sports & Fitness Parent Workshops to learn more about youth health and fitness!
Workshop will be held at CDC 614.
Help your kids build strong bodies & confident minds and learn simple tips, fun activities, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. We will also talk about keeping kids active while indoors!
