Outdoor Adventure Center and The Missouri Department of Conservation are hosting a mentored rabbit hunt for first-time rabbit hunters ages 18-34.
This hunt is specifically designed for 10 individuals. MDC will be onsite assisting each participant. Beagle dogs will be utilized during the mentored hunt.
Participants must have their Hunter Education Certificate and Small Game Hunting Permit.
MDC will be providing shotguns, shotshells, earplugs, safety glasses, and orange hats. If participants chose to bring their own 12-gauge or 20-gauge shotgun, MDC will provide shotshells. However, if you choose to bring a different shotgun than mentioned, you must bring your own shotshells.
