Improve your competitive swim skills with this clinic, focusing on foundations, 4 main swimming strokes, elements of competitive swim, and conditioning similar to prep for swim club or team tryouts.
High School Swim Clinic:
- 8 July - front crawl and backstroke
- 9 July - breaststroke and butterfly
- 10 July - starts, turns, and mini-meet
Middle School Swim Clinic:
- 15 July - front crawl and backstroke
- 16 July - breaststroke and butterfly
- 17 July - starts, turns, and mini-meet
Cost
$65 per person.
