Fall Preventions with Tai Chi

Join us at Davidson Fitness Center to be a part of National Fall Prevention Week with Tai Chi instructor, Vicki Crane!

Class Dates:

  • 23 September, 12 pm - 1 pm
  • 24 September, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
  • 25 September, 1 pm - 2 pm

Tai Chi uses gentle movements to improve health & wellness, increase mobility for older adults with arthritis, and to help prevent falling. 

Cost

$3 per person
