Wear your red, white, & blue and join us for two hours of heart-pounding sweat and exercise!
Fitness Frenzy includes a Group Fitness Team Meet & Greet with demos of some of our favorite fitness classes!
The aqua portion will be in the indoor pool, cycling will be in the group fitness room, and the rest of the classes will be on the main stage on court 4.
Open to authorized personnel, ages 18 & up. Ages 13-17 authorized with a guardian.
Cost
$3 (or class pass) per person.
