Join us for this 2 hour session of group fitness fun! Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines - come show your support for your Branch of Service by wearing your Military Branch colors. The Freedom Fitness Expo is open to the public, ages 13 and up.
Fitness Class Timeline:
- 9 a.m. - Body Pump
- 9:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. - clean up
- 9:40 a.m. - HIIT Circuit/Cardio Blast
- 10:20 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. - clean up
- 10:25 a.m. - Zumba
- 10:45 a.m. - Yoga with incorporated cool down/stretch.
