Red Cross Lifeguard Classes - April

Sign up today to get your American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification! Certification includes First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Lifeguard Certification will be held at the Rec Plex and DFC Indoor Pool the following dates/times:
- 7 April (4:30 pm)
- 8, 9, 15, 16 April (7:30 am)
Must attend all class dates. Class is limited to 10 patrons.
Must pass pretest swim requirements which are as follows:
- 300 meter, nonstop swim (untimed) utilizing front crawl and breast stroke
- 10lb brick dive and back swim (1:40 to complete, 8-14 ft. depth)
- 2 minute tread with no hands

Cost
- $115 non-refundable deposit due at registration
- $225 for dependents
- $275 for civilians
