May is Strong B.A.N.D.S. (Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination, and Strength) month! Participate in the following events and receive Strong B.A.N.D.S.

May 5 - Yoga in the Park

  • Free, 8 a.m. at Colyer Park Pavilion. Yoga mats only available for the first 60 participants.

May 12 - Run to Honor & Kid's Half Miler

  • Free at Davidson Fitness Center. 5K begins at 8 a.m. and the Kid's Half Miler begins at 9 a.m.

May 19 - Aqua Zumba

  • $3 per person, 10:15 a.m. at Davidson Fitness Center.

May 26-27 - Strong Weekend

  • $3 per person at Davidson Fitness Center. Saturday & Sunday's Group Fitness Classes.

 

Open to the public. Ages 15-17 require an adult.
