Join us for this easy-to-learn, hands-on self defense training.
The Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) system is taught by nationally certified instructors and educates women on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and risk avoidance. It is NOT a martial arts course.
No experience is necessary. Course is open to females only, ages 14 & up. Open to service members, family members, and DoD civilians.
