Anger & Stress Management

#
Note: This event has already passed.

Anger & Stress Management Classes will be held in Room A inside Army Community Service from 2 pm - 3:30 pm. We look forward to working with you!

Anger Management:

Anger is a perfectly normal human emotion. Everyone has experienced it, from the typical feeling of annoyance when you're stuck in traffic to the fury you might feel when something happens to hurt you deeply. The most important thing to understand about anger is that there is a difference between feeling anger and expressing anger. People who have a problem with anger don't usually know how to express it in appropriate and constructive ways.

Stress Management:

Stress is one of the most common words used in society today, and a phenomenon that each of us will experience at some point in our lives. So what do we do about stress? How do we deal with it? How do we prevent it? Working through each lesson in the course will help you better understand the origins of your stress and provide you with a practical approach for reducing stress in your life, and thus improving your health and emotional well-being.
