Davidson Fitness Center is the home of the Fort Leonard Wood Sports and Fitness Program. Davidson is a 68,000 square-foot, state of the art facility. With features such as basketball, In-sight room, free weights and cardiovascular equipment — this is the place for all of your fitness needs!

The center houses a 25-meter Indoor swimming pool that's available for recreational swimming, pool parties, swimming lessons and lifeguard training.

This 25-meter indoor swimming pool is located inside the Davidson Fitness Center. The Aquatics program at Fort Leonard Wood strives to meet the needs of active duty, retirees, dependents, DoD Civilians and their families. Recreational swimming, pool parties, swimming lessons and lifeguard training are all available here.

Located inside Daugherty Bowling Center, the Drop Zone Gaming Lounge features state of the art gaming stations that will satisfy every gamer. Each station consists of high-end, comfortable leather seating and 47-inch LCD HDTVs. The advanced surround-sound audio dome technology produces amazing audio quality.

The Dru Pippin Youth Center offers a wide range of activities for youth in 6th-12th grades. These activities include open recreation, dances, lock-ins, parties, day trips and day camps. The youth center also provides a daily after-school program. All youth must be registered with CYS Services.

Installation Wide Events (IWE) provides customer driven programs and events for Soldiers, Families and Civilians on Fort Leonard Wood. IWE offers community programs including the Independence Day Celebration, Oktoberfest, Tree Lighting Celebration, Easter Egg Hunt, Movies in the Park, and Concerts just to name a few.

The Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA) is a great destination for camping, boating, swimming, water skiing, fishing and other outdoor activities. The lake is one of the Nation's largest man-made lakes, providing you with over 1150 miles of shoreline to enjoy. LORA welcomes Active Duty Military, Retired Military, members of the National Guard and Reserves, DoD employees with ID cards, family members and Fort Leonard Wood contract employees.
