Steps to Become an FCC Provider
To become a certified FCC provider, you must complete the following steps:

Submit an Application: Complete the FCC Provider Application (DA Form 5279) and submit it to your local FCC office.

Complete a Family Interview: An FCC representative will visit your home to discuss expectations and answer questions.

Background Checks: A background check will be conducted for the applicant, military sponsor, and anyone older than 12 years old living in the home.

Attend Orientation and Training: Complete orientation training, including child safety, CPR, and child abuse prevention.
